On August 5, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of its common stock and Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2021.

GRAY ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND OF $0.08 PER SHARE

 

ATLANTA, August 5, 2021 -- Gray Television, Inc. (Gray) (NYSE: GTN) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of its common stock and Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2021.
