On May 8, 2024, Gray Television, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of its common stock and Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2024.

GRAY ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND OF $0.08 PER SHARE

 

ATLANTA, May 8, 2024 -- Gray Television, Inc. (Gray) (NYSE: GTN) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of its common stock and Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2024.
